They were on time and fast to arrive. When they arrived they were very kind and friendly. Helped make a bad situation better as well by being sympathetic. Hooked up the car quickly and assured us they would get it to the next destination.

Operator did a great job. Very polite and a great job. Was impressed that he showed concern to ask what is happening with the vehicle. This shows that he is not just looking at an assignment is trying to help the client get back on the road and not just hook up and go. Seeing if theres anything he can do to ‘avoid’ the tow. We able to get my vehicle picked up a bit early per my request. Driver was super friendly and helpful.

The tow truck operator was communicative, skilled, professional, kind, and reassuring. As you can imagine, it was pretty stressful breaking down on Interstate 70, during 5pm rush hour traffic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or resolution to my stressful situation.

Kim and Denny with Majeed were extremely helpful! From dealing with Allstate to being very respectful and sympathetic, Kim was awesome. The previous tow driver put the car window down before he left. Denny jumped the car so the window could be closed. He was so kind and knowing I was handicapped, even offered to help with getting key delivered to shop drop box. Wonderful ending to a very bad start with other towing company.

Long wait time about 2 hours, company keeps you updated, good customer service, driver was pleasant
