Kim and Denny with Majeed were extremely helpful! From dealing with Allstate to being very respectful and sympathetic, Kim was awesome. The previous tow driver put the car window down before he left. Denny jumped the car so the window could be closed. He was so kind and knowing I was handicapped, even offered to help with getting key delivered to shop drop box. Wonderful ending to a very bad start with other towing company.

Today I had a blowout on 55 NB between Reavis and Bayless. I called Majeed Towing and the person who answered the phone was so nice and helpful! She prioritized my call as I was stuck on the highway during rush-hour. Originally she told me that the tow truck would take a while to get there, but it only took about 15 minutes. I was surprised when the tow showed up so fast but also very grateful. I will be utilizing their services again should I ever need to and will recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much 😊

Second time these guys came through to save me. Customer service on the phone was very friendly and both times the trucks have showed up in less than 90 minutes. They take good care at loading motorcycles too.
