Excellent customer service and the best response time ever from a towing service! Our driver, Shane, was very respectful and moved with a purpose. I will definitely keep their number saved in my contact list. Highly recommend!

Driver was good but dispatch enrouted the call for driver so AAA would think we were being helped immediately mean while I sat on the side of the rode in 110 degree heat for 4 hours cause of dispatch wanting to make their team look good by having a a lower ETA mean while the driver had no clue that we were there that long until AAA transferred me to the shop dispatch over all driver was excellent but the dispatch needs to be open and honest so if someone needs to find a place to hangout for 4 hours rather then being told a hr and sitting in a hot car and lied too

Can not say enough good things about this company. I was given a 2 hour ETA, and this nice guy heard I was on the side of the highway, and instead of going to lunch, he came and got me within 20 min. Nicest guy ever.

Josh from Majeed towing was such a help last week! My daughter had an issue with her car and we thought we needed a tow. Her battery was also dead, and all 4 windows were down and it was about to rain. I let dispatch know, and Josh arrived asap. He jumped her car immediately so we could get the windows up right away, and then actually fixed the gear shift problem (the reason we thought we needed the tow) within a couple of minutes! He saved the day, and was super friendly and professional!!! Would definitely recommend!

Majeed Towing went above and beyond. What should've been a routine tow through insurance turned into a complicated back-and-forth at the shop, and their driver handled it with total professionalism and patience — calm, careful with my vehicle, and focused on getting it moved safely without adding to the stress of the day. I contacted them again outside of insurance to work directly on another tow. Both times: punctual and easy to deal with on both trips. The office staff was excellent to work with, courteous, and understanding. When you're already having a bad day, this is exactly the kind of company you want showing up. Highly recommend. Extremely professional. Great support. Well priced.
